Saturday afternoon Michael and I had the pleasure of having brunch with
Rachel of MouseVox Vintage, her boyfriend, and some of their friends at Longman and Eagle. It was a nice leisurely meal full of hearty food and drinks as well as great conversation. It was a joy to see Rachel again, I get along with her very well. She's so sweet and I love that I can talk shop with someone! Unfortunately last time she visited Chicago I was unable to get a photograph of us together, but this time I did!
Afterward Michael and I goofed around with my cat, Seymour. Here are some pictures Michael took (the last is Seymour in front of a drawing I did of him on our chalkboard wall).
Sunday I went with Michael and my 3 best girlfriends to the beach and had a blast. Michael and I got delicious burgers outside for dinner. Here are some cell phone snaps via Mcihael's phone:
We then went home and then enjoyed last night's wonderful episode of Mad Men. I had a great weekend! What did you all do?
